We ship worldwide. All domestic and international orders ship via USPS postal mail from our fulfillment center in Las Vegas, NV. Tracking numbers will be provided for all shipments.
When you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. Usually all orders will ship within 24-48 hours. You will receive a second e-mail confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. We do our very best to make sure that all of the items in our website are in stock. Returns for refund: Merchandise may be returned (Please inspect your item carefully prior to returning) as long as it is unwashed, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unscented, unsoiled (must be 100% free of any human and pet/animal hairs, makeup or deodorant stains/residue), brand new in the same original condition that it was received, and with all original manufacturer packaging including bags, tags, stickers and poly wrappers within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. Merchandise must be received back in our warehouse within 14 days from the date it was received. Refunds are given on merchandise only, less a 20% restocking fee. All shipping costs, including return shipping are the responsibility of the buyer and are not eligible for refund. If your order was shipped with free shipping, the actual costs incurred by Cyberteez to ship the item will be deducted.
If you need to exchange an item you would need to re-purchase the desired item separately and contact us to make arrangements for the item to be returned.
Due to health code regulations, we cannot accept returns for undergarments, petticoats, wigs, masks, hats, swimwear and stockings. All unauthorized returns will have to be refused and returned to sender.
